コードネーム白虎、朱雀、玄武、青龍から成る、悪を裁く仕事人のチームジャッジ。だが、その活動を快く思わない人間から暗殺者集団イレイズにジャッジを殺すように依頼が入る。イレイズのリーダーミストレスは、チームの一員で女医のシリングこと矢沢麗を囮にしてジャッジをおびき出す計画を立てる。ジャッジのリーダー青龍は、依頼された先の仕事で白虎こと牙望深雪が甘さを見せたので、悪徳女医矢沢麗への仕事を深雪一人に命じる。だが深雪と麗は学生時代の同級生だった。学生時代、麗にいじめられていた深雪だったが、麗の“私は変わった、今回の件は濡れ衣だ”という言葉を信じたがために囚われてしまい、学生時代から深雪に歪んだ感情を持っていたサディストの麗に壮絶な拷問にかけられる。深雪を妹のように思っている朱雀こと翼陽菜は単身深雪を救いに向かうが、陽菜も囚われの身となってしまい、深雪の前で拷問にかけられてしまう。仲間の助けを借りて脱出し、ミストレスと麗以外のイレイズを倒した二人だったが、その前に立ちはだかったのは、麗に操られた青龍と玄武だった。
